Don't miss out on Medthority emails
To ensure all our e-newsletters get delivered straight to your inbox, we recommend that you add us to your ‘safe senders list’ - otherwise known as a ‘whitelist’.

Not receiving Medthority emails & I am a Gmail user
Gmail has been rolling out changes to user inboxes, and your access to Medthority emails may have been affected by those updates.
Are you seeing three tabs across the top of your inbox, labeled Primary, Social, and Promotions? If so, please check your Promotions tab; you will probably find your Medthority emails there.
How to move your Medthority emails to your Primary tab:
Search for your Medthority email in your inbox click and just drag and drop it into the Primary tab. Another way to do this is to right-click a message while viewing your inbox. After you move that to a different tab, you'll see a prompt asking whether you want to undo that action or choose to always put messages from that sender in the tab you selected.
Alternatively, you can click the star next to a message and it will automatically be moved from one of the secondary tabs into your Primary Inbox.

Search Spam & Trash
Gmail won't show messages from Spam or Trash in your results.
Here's how to see search messages in Spam and Trash:
- Open Gmail.
- In the search box at the top of the page, click the Down arrow .
- In the drop-down menu next to "Search," select Mail & Spam & Trash.
- Enter your search information.
- At the bottom, click Search.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
When signing in, you will find a ‘forgotten password’ link under the password box. Click on this and then fill in the email address you used when registering on the site.
You can also go directly to the Reset Password form by clicking, forgot password.
After you enter your email address and click Reset Password and you will receive an email with a link allowing you to change your password and access our services again.
How can I update my profile?
Log in, then click on the Account > link in the top right above the Medthority navigation bar.
On your account page you can update your:
- Profession
- Speciality
- Areas of interest.
Can I change my email address for newsletter subscriptions?
To change your email address complete the following form and we will handle the rest. Please note your sign in email will remain as the original subscribed email address.
