Meet Amelie - Chronic kidney diseaseAmelie is a 42-year-old woman with T2D, HT, gout, and osteoarthritis. She has previously been prescribed metformin, a fixed dose combination of lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide*, and naproxen. She is a new patient and has come in to meet you for a health checkup.
